Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Train and mentor junior bartenders, providing guidance on techniques and customer service.
  • Engage with customers, providing personalized service and recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Monitor and enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Collaborate with management to develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal menus.
  • Assist with events and private parties, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail.
