We are seeking a highly experienced and TUSLA registered professional to provide dedicated, full-time care for our one-year-old child in the Clontarf area. This is a long-term position for an individual committed to high-quality early years care.

- TUSLA Registration: The childminder must be currently registered with TUSLA’s Early Years Inspectorate (or actively in the final stages of the registration process). Compliance and regulation are paramount.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of [Specify number, e.g., 3+] years of verifiable, professional experience caring for infants and toddlers (aged 6 months to 2 years).
- Safety & Vetting: Must have current, satisfactory Garda Vetting and Paediatric First Aid certification.
Key Responsibilities & Focus
- Nurturing Environment: Creating a safe, calm, and stimulating setting that prioritizes the child’s emotional and physical development.
- Routine Management: Managing daily routines, including feeding, nappy changing, nap schedules, and light child-related housekeeping (e.g., bottle sterilization, child’s laundry).
- Developmental Play: Engaging in age-appropriate activities, sensory play, and developmental exercises suitable for a one-year-old.
- Outdoor Time: Ensuring daily outdoor activity (weather permitting), leveraging the local Clontarf parks and amenities.
- Communication: Maintaining open, clear, and professional communication with parents regarding the child’s daily progress and needs.
Compensation
The hourly rate is competitive and reflective of the professional experience required for full-time infant care in North Dublin.
