- Salary: €28,000 – €30,000 (experience dependent)

Position – The successful applicant will work as a receptionist at our Parkwest Dublin hospital, handling phone calls and assisting patients upon arrival at our main reception desk. You will be part of a reception team, which already consists of 4 colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Guidance with all the below duties will be given throughout.
- Answer and manage incoming patient phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Greet patients upon arrival at the reception desk, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist patients with check-in procedures, ensuring accuracy of information and smooth flow of appointments.
- Notify doctors and relevant medical staff of patient arrivals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that patient medical files are prepared and available for the doctor prior to their appointment.
- Manage patient check-out processes.
- Schedule follow-up appointments as required, ensuring that patients are informed of future visits.
- Provide general administrative support to the medical team as needed, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Processing payments from patients.

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
