We are currently seeking Senior BAR staff to join our team with the ability to grow into a senior role for the right candidate. 4 day working week available as an option and normally one weekend day off on roster every week – get a work/life balance

We are a busy Gastro Pub in Dublin 4 area serving high end food and extensive offering of wines, craft beer and gins/whiskey. It can be a fast paced environment with a high level of service required.

This role will be mainly bar based but all of our senior staff have dual roles working behind the bar and also serving food when required — a great opportunity to get trained up on food service.

The Candidate will;

• have at least 4 years experience working in the IRISH quality bars/restaurants
• Live locally ideally
• be fluent in English
• ideally have some food experience as all roles are dual roles and you will be needed to work as a waiter/waitress at certain times – training will also be provided
• legally able to work in Ireland
• be 22 years of age or over
• be energetic & friendly in disposition, possess strong interpersonal skills
• barista skills an advantage but not essential

You will be working in a friendly but busy work environment and will be working as part of a team. You must offer a very high level of service to customers at all times and when working under pressure, remaining professional, efficient & polite.

Successful canidates must be quick learners and be able to think on their feet.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €18.00-€19.00 per hour
